The 6 Principles to a Better Life

I've been a fan of positive mental affirmations for years now, and it has had a positive impact on my entire life and well-being.

Here are the 6 principles I have focused on, in order. I recommend focusing on these principles one at a time while keeping the entire list in mind.

I'll add more and more details on how I became successful with these principles and how to use them in real life.

What to do:

Let's start out small.

Every day, at least once a day repeat to yourself (either aloud or in your head):

"I believe in love, happiness, success, wealth, wisdom, and health."

That's it!
